MMI has transportation professionals with one single goal in mind -

The Trucking Division is an integral part of the MMI group. This
Division operates an ICC licensed freight brokerage throughout the United
States offering domestic freight management services as an independent
product as well as supporting our logistics management efforts.
The trucking division can provide excellent service in all categories
of domestic cargo movement at volume discounted rates based upon
the total volume of traffic moved for all our clients. Being an integral
part of MMI allows us to readily integrate their information and billing
in one single channel to you, the customer.
Customer Service - Rate Requests. Your calls for
truck availability and rates will be handled by transportation professionals,
each hand-picked for their knowledge and ability in the area of domestic
transportation. MMI retains the services of on-staff Certified Transportation
Broker (CTB). The CTB designation is recognized by the transportation industry
as the trademark of professional excellence in transportation brokerage. Many
carriers and shippers look for the CTB mark when they desire the proven skills
and knowledge of a professional broker.
Partner Screening. Approved carrier "partners"
undergo a rigorous screening process to insure our clients that their products
are placed with first-class operators. Each partner is under an annually
renewable contract and must provide MMI with a minimum of $100,000 cargo
liability insurance per shipment. Each carrier's original insurance certificate
is constantly monitored for compliance, and retained in our insurance
database.
Affiliation
MMI is a member in good standing of the Transportation
Intermediaries
Association and its Transportation Brokers Conference. TIA member
intermediaries must meet the highest ethical and professional standards in
the industry.
LTL
MMI can also ship your freight by less-than-truckload (LTL).
Consolidation can be provided as well as warehouse storage.
Specialized, Over-Dimensional Transport
Transport of over-dimensional shipments is a specialty that requires
exacting arrangements. Whether moving across the street or across the
world, MMI has the expertise and the reputation for expert handling.
MMI's staff includes an in-house engineer, who carefully reviews all
drawings and calculations with the selected carrier's operations
department to insure the safest possible loading and delivery of your
cargo. Whether your shipment is domestic or international, via rail,
barge, truck or ship, MMI will be there to handle your most challenging
over dimensional requirements.

Truck
Multi-axle hydraulic trailing equipment moves the largest, heaviest
equipment. MMI transports heavy equipment, oversize and overweight cargo.
Standard assortment of lowbed trailers. MMI transports by truck in all 50
states and throughout the world.
